Obesity:
Obesity is a complex medical condition due to excessive amount of fat. Obesity is due to eating excess food, taking extra calories than the body can use in the normal activities. Body stores extra calories as fat. Obesity can be measured by body mass index called BMI. It is a medical problem that increased risk of serious diseases like heart disease, diabetes type 2, higher blood pressure, cancer etc.
